What happened
ENERTIA has obtained an NCAGE code — an entity identifier in the NATO codification system. This is a formal step that allows us to bid for contracts for the military and defence-related institutions.
What is NCAGE
NCAGE (NATO Commercial and Governmental Entity) is a unique code assigned to economic entities within the NATO Codification System. In Poland, codes are assigned by the Military Centre for Standardisation, Quality and Codification. The code identifies a company in NATO supplier databases and is a prerequisite for participation in many tenders for armed forces and alliance agencies.
What this means for clients
- Formal verification — company data has been verified and registered in an international supplier identification system;
- Readiness for B2G orders — we can participate in tenders where the NCAGE code is a formal requirement;
- Higher documentation standard — processes and documentation meet the requirements for contractors for administration and facilities with elevated requirements.
