Questions about the installation passport.

How is this different from regular inspections?

An inspection is a snapshot of a moment — a protocol and that's it. A Passport is care: a register of all devices, the entire history of inspections in one place, monitoring deadlines, and protocols available in the customer panel whenever you need them.

I have protocols from previous inspections by another company. Are they lost?

No — we add them to the passport (scan + date + contractor). The Passport also accepts third-party protocols; subsequent inspection dates are calculated from the newest one.

How much does it cost and what am I paying for?

For a flat, from 599 zł for an initial visit: inventory, photographic documentation, and zero-state measurements with a report. We provide individual quotes for houses or business premises. The register, panel, and reminders themselves do not require a subscription.

Do I need a passport? Is it mandatory?

A passport is not mandatory – periodic inspections of installations (Article 62 of the Building Law) and storing reports are mandatory. The passport ensures this obligation is met automatically: we remember, you receive a reminder and a ready appointment.

What about my data?

We store data in accordance with GDPR, access to the passport in the panel requires logging in with an SMS code sent to your number. You can disable reminders or request data anonymisation at any time.
