The electrical installation is the only thing in the house that the law requires to be tested periodically — and which everyone forgets about.

When a document decides about money

  • Insurer after damage — fire, flooding, overvoltage: the loss adjuster asks for a testing report. Without it, the compensation melts away.
  • Sale or rental — buyers and notaries ask about the condition of the installation; a complete set of reports is a pricing argument.
  • Manager or housing association — asks for confirmation of testing in the unit; searching takes weeks.

Common denominator: you need the documents immediately — and they were created years ago, by different contractors.

A duty that nobody keeps track of

  • Periodic testing of installations at least once every 5 years — Article 62 of Prawo budowlane (Polish Building Law). The owner is responsible.
  • You store the reports for the entire lifetime of the facility — this is the documentation of your property.
  • Residual current devices (RCD) — test with the "T" button every month. Who remembers about this?

Questions about the installation passport.

How is this different from regular measurements?

A measurement is a snapshot of a single moment — a report and that's it. A passport is care: a register of all devices, the entire history of tests in one place, keeping track of deadlines and reports available in the customer panel whenever you need them.

I have reports from previous tests by another company. Are they lost?

No — we add them to the passport (scan + date + contractor). The passport also accepts third-party reports; we calculate the dates of subsequent tests from the latest one.

How much does it cost and what do I pay for?

For an apartment, from 599 zł for the initial visit: inventory, photo documentation and baseline measurements with a report. A house or commercial property is priced individually - you book the same visit, and we confirm the scope and price by phone before arrival; the visit amount is part of the passport price. The register, panel and reminders themselves do not have a subscription.

Do I need to have a passport? Is it mandatory?

A passport is not mandatory — periodic testing of the installation (Article 62 of the Prawo budowlane (Polish Building Law)) and keeping reports are mandatory. The passport makes this obligation happen on its own: we remember, you get a reminder and a ready appointment.

What about my data?

We keep data in accordance with GDPR, access to the passport in the panel requires logging in with an SMS code sent to your number. You can turn off reminders or request anonymisation of your data at any time.
