Payment should be just as clear as the service itself
You get to know our quote before the work starts, and if the scope turns out to be larger on-site, we show you the new amount first and only continue working after your consent. The same principle applies to settlement: we want it to be predictable and documented, with no misunderstandings.
In practice, this means three things. You get a document confirming payment for every job. You choose the payment method yourself. And when the expense is larger - for example, a renovation or replacement of an installation - you can spread it into instalments, in full or only in part.
We issue a receipt or invoice for every job
Every service ends with a sales document: a receipt or an invoice. We can issue an invoice to a private individual or a company - just provide the details when ordering (and the NIP number for a company).
This is not just a formality. The document confirms exactly what you paid for and is useful long after the visit itself:
- for complaints or questions about the work carried out - you have proof of order and payment;
- in discussions with an insurer after any potential damage;
- in the documentation of the building, housing association or company - alongside the measurement report and other installation documents;
- in accounting, if you offset the cost in your business.
We operate legally and pay taxes
ENERTIA is a registered limited liability company (ENERTIA sp. z o.o., KRS 0001092909, NIP 884-282-49-58, REGON 528014766, registered office in Świdnica). You can check the company details in public registers at any time.
Every payment is recorded, and we settle due taxes, including VAT, on our sales. We do not work "off the books" and we do not offer under-the-table settlements - because that deprives you of a document, a guarantee and any security, and deprives us of the right to call ourselves a reliable contractor.
Added to this is the responsibility for the work carried out: the work is conducted by people with appropriate qualifications, and our business is insured. We write more about what to look out for with any contractor in the post how to consciously choose an electrical company.
How can you pay?
We adapt the payment method to you. You can choose from:
- cash - after the service is completed, to the technician;
- card - payment by terminal on-site;
- bank transfer - based on an invoice or order confirmation;
- online payment - conveniently when booking a visit online.
The payment method is agreed when confirming the order, so you know in advance how and when you will pay.
0% instalments - spread a larger expense over time
Not every service is a minor repair. Installation renovation, replacement of old electrics, consumer unit upgrade, wallbox or inspection of a larger facility are expenses that are easier to bear when spread over months. That is why we offer PayU instalments.
The most important rules:
- spreading the payment into 5, 10 or 20 instalments with 0% APR - you pay back exactly as much as the service amount, without paying extra interest;
- online decision, in a few minutes, without leaving home;
- financing available for amounts from 300 zł to 50 000 zł, subject to creditworthiness assessment;
- longer periods are also available (up to 50 instalments), with interest.
Example: you can split a service worth 6000 zł into 20 instalments of 300 zł, without paying a single grosz over the order value. You can calculate the instalment for your amount using the instalment calculator on the homepage.
PayU Instalments is consumer financing. The "PayU Instalments" service is provided by PayU S.A. in cooperation with financial institutions. You will see the final schedule and representative example in the PayU instalment calculator before entering into the agreement.
Hybrid payment - part upfront, part in instalments
You do not have to finance the entire amount with a loan. You can pay part of the amount upfront - in cash, by card or bank transfer - and split the remaining part into 0% instalments. You only finance as much as you actually want.
This is a convenient solution when:
- you have saved up part of the amount, but do not want to spend everything at once;
- you prefer to keep a cash reserve "just in case";
- you want a lower monthly instalment - the smaller the part you finance, the lower the instalment.
Example. An installation renovation valued at 12 000 zł: you pay 6000 zł upfront by bank transfer, and split the remaining 6000 zł into 20 instalments of 300 zł. You can also split it in other proportions - you decide. The part financed by instalments falls within the standard instalment range (from 300 zł to 50 000 zł).
How to arrange this? Just let us know which part you want to split into instalments when agreeing on the quote - we will prepare the rest so that everything adds up.
Security of your payments
Online payments and instalments are processed by PayU S.A. - one of the largest payment institutions in Poland, operating under the supervision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. You enter your card or transfer details on the payment operator's secure website, not on ours - we do not see or store them.
The decision on instalments is made by the financial partner, also online, based on a short application. And because every transaction ends with a receipt or invoice, you always have a record of what and how much you paid.
Do you want to pay conveniently or split the cost into instalments? Tell us about it when booking a visit - we will select the payment method and, if you wish, the hybrid option. Book a visit online or call +48 459 566 991.
FAQ: most frequently asked questions about payments
Will I receive an invoice or a receipt?
Yes, we issue a sales document for every order. By default, this is a receipt, and we will issue an invoice (also for a company, with a NIP number) at your request - just provide the details when ordering.
Can I pay part in cash and part in instalments?
Yes. This is exactly what hybrid payment is: you settle part of the amount upfront (in cash, by card or bank transfer), and split the remaining part into 0% instalments. You only finance as much as you want. We agree on the proportions during the quotation.
How many instalments are there and how much does it cost?
For the 5, 10 and 20 instalment options, the APR (RRSO) is 0% - you pay exactly the service amount, with no interest. Longer periods (up to 50 instalments) with interest are also available. Financing covers amounts from 300 zł to 50 000 zł, subject to a positive credit assessment.
Are instalments also available for companies?
PayU Instalments is consumer financing, aimed at individual customers. Companies settle with us via invoice, including an agreed payment term - we tailor the details of larger orders individually.
Are online payments and instalments secure?
Yes. They are processed by PayU S.A., a payment institution operating under the supervision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. We do not store your card details, and every transaction is confirmed by a receipt or invoice.
