Questions before modernisation.
What data is needed for a quote?
Ideally: a floor plan or object documentation, photos of the distribution board, description of planned devices and power. If documentation is unavailable – we start with an inspection and audit of the existing state.
Can you work without shutting down the facility?
Yes – we divide the work into stages and carry it out during service windows: at night, on weekends, outside working hours. We plan switchovers to ensure interruptions are as short as possible and always announced.
What do I receive after the work is completed?
Acceptance measurements with a protocol, as-built documentation (diagrams, circuit descriptions), a report with photos, and project history in the panel. A complete set ready for acceptance and for the insurer.
Do you provide a warranty for the work performed?
Yes – a written warranty for the work, and every order is covered by public liability insurance. The scope and period of the warranty are specified in the contract, and the complaint procedure is available in the panel.
Do you help with increasing connection power?
Yes – we analyse demand, prepare data for the application, and manage the technical part on the facility's side. Timelines on the distribution operator's side remain beyond our control – we state this directly.
How quickly is a quote prepared?
It depends on the completeness of the data and the size of the facility – we provide a deadline after inspection and adhere to it. The quote is written, with variants, and valid for an agreed period.
