You receive the cost estimate before making a decision. If the scope increases during the works, you see the change and the price first — additional works start only after your approval, and a record of the decision remains in the panel.

Questions before modernisation.
What data is needed for a valuation?
Ideally: a layout or facility documentation, photos of the distribution board, a description of the planned devices and power. If there is no documentation — we start with an inspection and an audit of the existing state.
Can you work without shutting down the facility?
Yes — we divide the work into stages and carry them out in service windows: at night, on weekends, outside working hours. We plan switchovers so that interruptions are as short as possible and always announced in advance.
What do I receive after the work is completed?
Acceptance measurements with a report, as-built documentation (diagrams, circuit descriptions), a report with photos and the project history in the panel. A complete package ready for acceptance and for the insurer.
Do you provide a warranty for the completed work?
Yes — a written warranty for the work, and every order is covered by third-party liability insurance. The scope and warranty period are specified in the contract, and you have the complaint path in the panel.
Do you help with increasing the connection capacity?
Yes — we analyse the demand, prepare data for the application and handle the technical part on the facility's side. Deadlines on the distribution system operator's side remain outside our control — we state this directly.
How quickly is the cost estimate prepared?
It depends on the completeness of the data and the size of the facility — we provide the deadline after the inspection and we stick to it. The cost estimate is in writing, with options, valid for an agreed period.
