Deadlines under control · protocols without delay

Electrical measurements and inspections for businesses

5-year inspection, periodic and acceptance measurements — with a protocol that every manager and insurer will accept. We work out-of-hours and in phases, so that the facility does not lose operational continuity.

Electrical installation inspection is required at least once every 5 years (Prawo budowlane). We keep track of deadlines for you — we remind you before the protocol expires.

Scope of tests

One team. Complete set of protocols.

  • 5-year inspection of electrical and lightning protection systems
  • Measurements of shock protection and insulation resistance
  • Acceptance measurements after modernisation, fit-out and premises handovers
  • Measurement campaigns in multi-unit buildings — unit by unit
  • Inspection of emergency and escape lighting
  • Testing of power tools, machinery and equipment — cyclically, with a register

  • Reminder before the next inspection date

Halls, production, and warehouses

Measurements cannot stop plant operations.

  • Inspections in stages and during service windows
  • Switchboards, machinery, and lightning protection systems
  • Recommendations with priorities — you know what's urgent

Offices and developers

Handover and tenant changes require a complete set of documents on time.

  • Acceptance measurements with protocol according to investment schedule
  • Documentation ready for investor and insurer

Retail and HORECA

The premises operate during opening hours — we don't have to.

  • Night and morning measurements, before opening

How it works

From quote to reminder for the next due date.

  1. Scope and valuationNumber of circuits and points, documentation, availability of switchboards — valuation before decision.
  2. ScheduleAfter hours, in stages, or unit by unit — without stopping operations.
  3. MeasurementsUsing meters with current calibration, by persons with required qualifications.
  4. ProtocolE-protocol signed by an authorised person — standard: by the end of the next business day.
  5. Recommendations and reminderRepair priorities + automatic reminder before the expiry of test validity.

Proof

A protocol that no one will send back.

We show a sample protocol before commissioning — along with the scope and validity of the qualifications of the people who sign it.

  • Signature of a person with required qualifications — scope and validity available for inspection
  • Meters with current calibration certificates
  • Format accepted by administrators, insurers, and for handovers
  • Object inspection history in the panel — nothing gets lost between inspections

FAQ

Questions about company measurements.

How often do electrical measurements need to be done in a company?

Prawo budowlane (Construction Law) requires inspection of electrical and lightning protection systems at least once every 5 years. The insurer, administrator, or nature of the facility may require more frequent inspections — we will check this during valuation and set reminders.

Who can perform and sign the protocol?

Persons with required qualifications (E and D certificates with measurement authorisations). Their scope and validity dates are shown before commissioning — you have the right to check this with any contractor.

Can measurements be taken after hours or in stages?

Yes – this is standard practice in facilities that cannot interrupt operations. We arrange service windows, divide tests into stages, or conduct a room-by-room campaign with prior notice.

When will I receive the report?

Typically by the end of the next business day after the tests are completed – as an e-report assigned to the facility in the panel, with a list of circuits and recommendations.

What determines the price of measurements?

The number of circuits and measurement points, accessibility of distribution boards, after-hours work, and whether current documentation exists. Therefore, we provide a quote based on the facility's data – and we stick to it.

Do you perform acceptance measurements for new installations?

Yes – after modernisations, fit-outs, and for new premises. If we performed the installation, acceptance measurements and as-built documentation are part of the project.
