Fewer downtimes, more control

Hall and plant installation under control, not by chance

We combine interventions, diagnostics, thermography, measurements and modernisations with technological windows, health and safety principles, and post-work documentation.

We separate facility installation from machine and automation servicing — the boundary is specified in the offer.

Most common risks

What stops the plant.

  • Switchgear or critical line power failure
  • Overheating and loose connections
  • Lack of selectivity or unclear descriptions
  • Voltage sags and harmonics affecting devices
  • Lack of power for a new machine
  • Works requiring shutdown or special health and safety measures
  • Discrepancy between diagram and actual state
  • Overdue measurement recommendations

Programme scope

Four areas of cooperation.

Interventions and SLA

Priority by impact.

  • Coordinator, substitute, and report
  • Priorities P1–P4 — see SLA service

Prevention

Before the line stops.

  • Thermography and switchgear inspection
  • Event analysis and repair plan

Power quality

Only within a realistic scope.

  • Diagnostics within the limits of equipment and competence
  • Measured parameters and recording time in the offer — power quality

Modernisation

Switchgear and machine power supply.

Work in plant regime

Safely and within the technological window.

  • Implementation of health and safety rules and facility access
  • Named list of personnel
  • Permits and LOTO in accordance with client procedure
  • Technological windows and shutdown plan
  • Coordination with maintenance and machine manufacturer
  • Parts and emergency plan
  • Acceptance, function restoration and report for the plant

FAQ

Questions from the shop floor.

Is it possible to work without stopping the plant?

Some works and tests are possible during operation, others require a shutdown. The answer results from risk assessment and an agreed scenario — we do not promise "zero downtime" where it is dangerous.

Where does the installation end and machine service begin?

We indicate the boundary in the offer. Device, automation and software diagnostics may require the manufacturer or another specialist.

Do you test power quality?

Only within the scope of confirmed equipment, methodology and personnel. In the offer, we indicate the measured parameters, recording time and result. Details: power quality.

What documents does the plant receive?

Depending on the agreement: report, photos, thermograms, protocols, parts list, documentation changes and recommendations.

B2B Contact

Speak to a technical coordinator.

Provide the facility, critical loads, problem and possible technological window — we will select the scope of intervention, prevention or modernisation.

Our principle: a clear boundary between facility installation and machine service — and work within the agreed window.
