Service tailored to premises operating hours
Service that adapts to the operating hours of the premises
Shops, restaurants and offices need quick qualification, work outside customer traffic, and cost decisions without waiting for the owner on-site. Every order ends with a report.
Not every fit-out is a breakdown — planned works are billed as a project, not as an emergency service.

Planned works
Fit-out is a project, not an emergency.
Premises installations, lighting, distribution boards, acceptance measurements
- scope, schedule and acceptance points agreed in advance,
- tenant changes with change procedure and cost acceptance,
- project settlement instead of emergency mode.
This way, you don't pay emergency rates for work that could have been planned. Details: installations and modernisations.
FAQ
Questions from the premises.
Do you work after the premises close?
An out-of-hours window can be agreed: access, responsible person, noise, shutdowns and cost. Availability depends on the schedule and agreement.
Will one contract cover several branches?
Yes – after agreeing on a list of locations, zones, priorities, contacts and common reporting. See multi-site service.
Can a regional manager remotely approve costs?
Yes – the process can use a panel or email, with a limit and decision trail. Authorised persons are indicated by the client.
Do you service refrigeration and HVAC equipment?
We handle power supply and the electrical part; the actual servicing of refrigeration or HVAC equipment is only performed with a confirmed scope and competencies – otherwise, we coordinate with the appropriate service.
