ENERTIA · PUBLIC SECTOR · LOWER SILESIAFOLDER: CIVIL PROTECTION · CARD: DOCUMENTATION AND FUNDING

Good funding starts with a scope that can be priced and accepted

We prepare technical input material for the OLiOC task: current state, needs, variants, power balance, bill of quantities, cost estimate, schedule, tests, and acceptance documents.

ENERTIA prepares the agreed technical part – it does not guarantee funding and does not replace a lawyer, cost estimator, or designers from other disciplines.

Funding

The OLiOC 2025–2026 Programme covers the continuity of energy, fuel and communication supplies, as well as the autonomy of public facilities. The Ministry of Interior and Administration announces another programme for 2027–2031 — until its formal adoption, we describe it as planned, not guaranteed.

Boundary of responsibility

The statement “full compliance with PZP” is replaced by a description of specific documents and their authors. The correctness of the procedure is assessed by the contracting authority and its legal services.

Questions and Answers

Does the package guarantee funding?

No — and no one can honestly guarantee that. The package provides the task with what depends on the technical side: a scope that can be priced, compared, and accepted.

Can you also carry out the planned scope?

Yes — documentation and execution can be separate assignments. The separation of roles is explicitly recorded to avoid conflicts of interest during acceptance.

How long does it take to prepare the package?

It depends on the number of facilities and the completeness of data — we provide the deadline after the workshop and inspection, and we stick to it. Short recruitment windows are included in the schedule from day one.
