What does NCAGE mean AFTER VERIFICATION
NCAGE is a code identifying an organisation in the NATO Codification System. It may be required in communication with administration or the defence sector, but it does not in itself confirm quality, experience, security clearance, or entitlement to every procedure.
Recommended public statement after verification: “ENERTIA sp. z o.o. holds NCAGE code [CODE], identifying the entity in the NATO Codification System. The code can be verified using the official NSPA tool.”
Evidence required on the page
NCAGE number · full company details · list of personnel qualifications · insurance policy · measuring devices with calibration documents · references from similar scope · information security procedure adequate to actual capabilities.
Questions and Answers
Does NCAGE imply access to classified information?
No. NCAGE is solely an identifier for an entity within the NATO codification system. Security clearances and access to classified information are separate, formal procedures.
How is facility documentation transferred?
Via a controlled channel agreed with the client, to a defined recipient and with an established storage method. The public form is for initial contact only.
Do you publish case studies from sensitive facilities?
Only with the client's consent and after anonymisation. The absence of a public case study does not mean a lack of experience — references are provided as part of the offer.

Information security: do not send classified information, facility diagrams, evacuation routes, or security details via the public form. We exchange OPZ documentation through an agreed, secure channel after contact is established.
