One inspection standard for the entire portfolio of facilities
We plan the schedule, perform the agreed scope of measurements, and provide documentation assigned to each facility. We don't stop at a results table — we classify faults and prepare a repair plan.
For municipalities, districts, cities, schools, social welfare homes, healthcare facilities, courts, offices, cultural institutions, and managers of council housing.
Scope determined for each facility
We test what the installation and inspection purpose require.
- Inspection of electrical and lightning protection systems
- Protection against electric shock, insulation resistance, continuity of conductors
- Fault loop impedance, protective devices and RCDs within the agreed scope
- Lightning protection system and earthing
- Emergency and escape lighting in accordance with the relevant regime
- Fire-fighting switches, visual inspection and photographic documentation
Legal basis — without overinterpretation
Electrical and lightning protection systems in buildings are generally subject to a five-year inspection (Prawo budowlane). Emergency lighting is a fire protection device and is subject to inspections at least once a year.
We select the scope, methods, and standards for the installation — without a general phrase "compliant with PN-EN" without specifying the part and scope.

What the client receives
We present a sample, anonymised protocol before commissioning — along with a list of personnel, qualifications, and equipment.
- Protocol by the agreed deadline, assigned to the facility
- Results with clear conclusions and location of non-conformities
- Repair and follow-up inspection plan
- Summary report for multiple facilities — for budget and management
- Data in a format agreed for c-KOB, where applicable
Questions and Answers
Does every public facility have an identical scope of measurements?
No. The scope depends on the installation, equipment, documentation, previous results, and purpose of the inspection. Therefore, the valuation is preceded by a list of objects and a review of documents.
Will the report be ready for c-KOB?
We provide data and documents in an agreed format. Responsibility for the proper maintenance of the building logbook remains with the owner or manager.
Can you fix detected faults?
Yes – but such work is priced and commissioned by you in a transparent manner, separating the inspection result from additional works. The measurement result is not a commercial offer.
Can measurements be carried out without closing the facility?
We plan the schedule to minimise shutdowns: working in stages, after hours, and on non-working days – especially in schools, social welfare homes, and healthcare facilities.
